The Number One Interior Design Question I Get!
Where to Find the Best Furniture & Accessories for Your Home!
The number one question that I get as an interior designer may surprise you. It surprises me.
You would think that people would ask about how to arrange furniture or how to hang art.
But, nope, the number one question I get over and over is –
Where do you find…?
Where do find great furniture? Where do you find the perfect accessories? Where do you get great bedding?
People are always asking me where I find everything.
So I thought I’d share with you a few of my favorite outside the box vendors. Why outside the box? Because I’m sure you already know about HomeGoods, etc. For tips on HG shopping – DetailsFullServiceInteriors.com/tips-for-shopping-at-homegoods
1. The Design Network
This is an easy one. TDN is a sister company to Furnitureland South, the largest furniture store in the world! They have everything from sofas to vases and everything in between. You can follow me on there and purchase my professionally curated items right through my boards. Easy Peasy!

2. ProSource Flooring
I use ProSource flooring for all of my flooring purchases. They sell to the trade, but you can go to their showroom and shop through any designer or contractor that is a member. They’re super knowledgeable and really helpful. And you can check out samples to look at in your own home, which you should be doing, hint hint.

3. Trade only sources
These are suppliers that sell only to the trade, designers, contractors, etc. As a designer, I have access to great vendors that sell to me at a great price. Many of these products are available in stores that you’re familiar with, BUT I can get them at better pricing and deliver them right to you. A few you can check out are –
UtterMost.com – great accessories, art, etc.
Surya.com – fabulous area rugs
Kravet.com – beautiful fabric and custom furniture
ParagonPG.com – huge selection of artwork
When you work with a designer YOU have access to thousands of designer product at great pricing. Because I share my discount with you, that savings offsets some of the cost of hiring me!
I’m also happy to just put in an order for you anytime you like. You can contact me anytime.
4. Etsy.com
If you’ve been following me on our Facebook page – Facebook.com/DetailsFullServiceInteriors then you’ve probably heard me mention etsy hundreds of times. Etsy is a website full of everything from handcrafted pieces to vintage treasures. I have bought custom draperies from a workroom on etsy. I also buy handcrafted wreathes and even furniture. It’s a fabulous site for one of a kind items.

These are a few of my favorite sites.
Are you singing that song in your head now? Sorry 😉
Hopefully you’ll take a minute and scroll through these sites. It’ll be less overwhelming than HomeGoods, I promise.
But, if you are overwhelmed and need some help, let’s set up a Consult.
